RETURN POLICY – East Coast Fans
If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return or exchange will be provided if the item is in new condition, has not previously been hung or altered from its original condition and is shipped in its original retail packaging with all parts and accessories. A refund minus shipping costs will be provided once the return has been received, and the item has been inspected.
In the event the item has been hung or installed we reserve the right to deduct a minimum 20% restocking fee as any resale will require testing and be at a discounted price. Return shipping to our location will be paid for by the customer.
If any fan switch light or accessory is determined upon receipt to be defective, we will provide a replacement of the same item, and cover both return and replacement item shipping costs of any defective item so it may be inspected. If the item was advertised and sold as “Open Box” or “Sold As Is “For Parts”” this policy will not apply.
Do not ship any return without an Return Authorization #.
